Pulling Docker images from Docker Hub is rate-limited #16

We pull images from Docker Hub (see here). However, pull-rates at Docker Hub are limited to:

100 pulls from non-authenticated users each 6 hours
200 pulls from authenticated users each 6 hours per user

For now, I propose that every dev make their own account at docker hub (cfr Readme). For the future, we can look at

Having a dev account for airo group
Doing the builds ourselves and using AWS to have unlimited pull-rate.
