Sample app does not appear to work - suggestions?

Following the directions and running the sample app results in the following:

@remix-validated-form/with-zod:dev: src/index.ts(3,57): error TS2307: Cannot find module 'remix-validated-form' or its corresponding type declarations.
@remix-validated-form/with-zod:dev: src/index.ts(30,22): error TS7006: Parameter 'value' implicitly has an 'any' type.
@remix-validated-form/with-zod:dev: src/index.ts(41,27): error TS7006: Parameter 'data' implicitly has an 'any' type.
@remix-validated-form/with-zod:dev: src/index.ts(41,33): error TS7006: Parameter 'field' implicitly has an 'any' type.

In the browser, I receive the following error:

Error: Cannot find module 'remix-validated-form/node_modules/remix-validated-form/build/index.js'. Please verify that the package.json has a valid "main" entry

It might be worth trying to build the whole repo first, then running the sample app. If it's broken, I'm probably just going to remove it (I've been thinking about removing it anyway since we have a docs site and test app now).

Tested it locally and it seems to work if you build everything first. Updating the readme for now.
