Access useArrayField subItems

I'm trying to build a form using rremix-validation-form and I'm using zod for creating the schema validation
this is my schema :

    subQuestions: z.array(
      z.object({
        id: z.string(),
        question: z.string().min(1),
        answers: z.array(
          z.object({
            id: z.string(),
            answer: z.string().min(1),
          })
        ),
      })
    ),
  })

I want to use remove helper for both the subQuestions array and answers array
I am removing subQuestions items I don't know how to remove the answers items .
how can I acheive to do that please ?
