ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'config

This is my custom logger

But when I add
AIRFLOW__LOGGING__LOGGING_CONFIG_CLASS: "config.airflow_local_settings.LOGGING_CONFIG"

It gives the following error

`ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'config'

Was not able to get this working the preferred route.
