[FR] Add an option to disable notifications

Hi, thank you very much for this awesome plugin!

I'd love to see an option to disable notifications (#31) to be implemented.
Sometimes I open a single file in multiple tabs intentionally. In such situations, it would be great if I could opt to avoid seeing the notification.
