This is long deprecated and should be replaced with GMenus and GActions. This will also remove the use of GtkImageMenuItem which is deprecated, but in turn remove all icons from menus.

Replace deprecated Gtk::UIManager with GActions and GMenus

This also adds support for having multiple keybindings for a single
action.  The keybindings editor page in the preferences has been
overhauled.

Currently saved keybindings will not work after this commit and users
will have to re-set them.
