We recommend that you make a fork of our GitHub repository in order to contribute. Then you can clone your fork onto your computer
- Run
pip install -r dev-requirements.txt
to install all the development dependencies. - Make your changes.
- Ensure any install/build dependencies and test files are in the
.gitignore
file or removed before doing a pull request. - Run
nox
to run all the pipelines - Update the documentation and changelog in the
docs/
folder with details of changes to the interface, this includes new environment variables, exposed ports, useful file locations and container parameters. - Increase the version numbers in any examples files, the README.md, setup.py and documentation to the new version that this pull request would represent.
- Push to your fork, and make a pull request.
