Dashboard - All the service-related messages, the service name should be a highlight.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

[domain]/users/dashboard?type=news_feed&status=news_feed

Overall Getlancer.
Login as freelancer (aisha / agriya) or employer (henna / agriya).
Go to dashboard.
Dashboard - All the service-related messages, the service name should be a highlight.
Quote amount, price type and price amount should be highlight. Please refer the below screenshot

Expected behavior
