Describe the bug
check the master page issues in admin

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

[domain]/#/cities/list

Overall Getlancer.
Login as admin.
Go to master.
Check the below-mentioned issues in masters page

Master - cities - Without giving the value to click submit button, need validation message in country and state field

Master - states - Without giving the value to click submit button, need validation message in the country field

Page - create page - content field, need "required" validation message

Translation - Without selecting language also, translation added successful message is displayed. But created language is not displayed.

Create translation - We give the from language and to language also, created language is not displayed.

Master - language - ios2 and ios3 field accept the maximum character (2 and 3 characters only). So need validation message in those two fields

we give more than 2 or 3 characters, language is not created and error flash message also not displayed
