User request - add mile markers overlay to map #324

Based on feedback from user Tom McCay ([email protected])

I find that it is not always safe or practical to stop the car at the carcass which, if I understand the app correctly, I would need to do to use the location function as it is designed. If there were mile markers on the app locator map it would allow safer, after-passing-by/off-highway, reporting.

Hey there, requesting that the mile marker layer be part of this app.
Would be very helpful. UDOT has the layer.
