Drop Down list picker is sometimes hidden beyond the edge of the screen

I was recording a training video for the efishing app and encountered issues with domains not being visible below the margin of the screen. Other than manually entering the word from the pick lists, I was unable to use the scroll bar or screen magnfication to visibly click on the choices). Any chance these pick lists can be programmed to be dynamic depending on whether they cross the boundary of the viewable area of the screen (i.e., can they orient upward when not visible due to their proximity to the bottom of the page)?
