Apparently, the module TestSuite is missing from the release tarball on Hackage:

Preprocessing test suite 'check' for locators-0.2.4.2...

tests/check.hs:16:8:
 Could not find module ‘TestSuite’
 Use -v to see a list of the files searched for.
