Adjust campain always empty with Organic network on Production, except for devices once tested with Sandbox environment

Current result:
Below one is my tested Sandbox Adjust SDK with correct campain
Above one is the logged record of the install attribute, that clicked via a custom link with set campain:

I also make sure tested with new devices via custom campain links, but somehow the first link on Testing console showed the wrong link (1fw08uzf instead of 1gyfz5bn)

Expected result: Campain should be match their clicked link

I'm having a similar issue, but on the native IOS SDK. Looking for any help I can get, but it looks like no one has responded to this issue. SMH.
