Translate the Tubed addon (plugin.video.tubed)

A new addon for Youtube has been emerged recently. It is obviously untranslated, so please have a look here: https://github.com/anxdpanic/plugin.video.tubed

The reasons behind this recent development are these:

1. Matrix has some significant python API changes
2. Its artwork & name does not violate Google terms of use
3. It now has a separate module for the youtube api, and new keys that have been verified by Google

I think Tubed is being translated trough Weblate. It seems all Kodi translations are being done there, but I don't know if it's an open system.

@michaelarnauts: No its not, translation is done as always through github, I talked to @anxdpanic personally and he accepts PRs as usual.
