I tried with the latest and an old lifeline version, same error. The jar
cannot be unpacked, even manually, so there's no chance it works.

I redownloaded the jar file and put it into the plugins folder for the latest version of FIJI and the jar file is not read by the FIJI software. It's as if the plugin is not there at all. This is profoundly disappointing. |
I could finally manage to download and run the plugin but, as mentioned a long time ago, I still cannot use it since the height of the dialog box is too large and the buttons at the bottom are not visible. Could you please fix this? |

I tried all three methods to install the CellTypeAnalyzer jar file and I get the following error message:
C:\Users\MARYBR
1\Desktop\Fiji.app\plugins\CellTypeAnalyzer_.jar: java.util.zip.ZipException: error in opening zip file1\Desktop\Fiji.app\plugins\CellTypeAnalyzer_.jar: java.util.zip.ZipException: error in opening zip fileC:\Users\MARYBR
Why does this happen and how do we rectify it? Thank you for your help!
