[Bug]: Get-EvergreenApp TelegramDesktop returns non-existent release

What happened?

When Telegram releases a new version of the client for only non-windows systems, such as the current 4.10.3 release, Evergreen still attempts to update and an error occurs since there is no .exe in the release assets since it's not for Windows. This is currently happening on the new 4.10.3 release which is only for Linux:
