Does $theme_info work?

I set theme_info in config
but when I press F1, it is not using it?

My mistake! theme_info is for the info menu that you get when you select an ISO or other file 'File Info'

if theme_info is not defined or doesnt exist then theme_fm is used.

OK - one slight problem is that if the user does not use a theme, then F1 does not really work.
If no $theme is defined would it be better not to load the F1 menu when F1 is pressed - just do nothing?
