It lists channels the bot cannot see.

Same with /change-channel new-channel auto-completion.

Also It does not list announcement channels, i make another issue for this.

With #73 it currently shows all channels (to solve #72), the bot will refuse to let user subscribe with the command if it can't send messages in the channel.

I'll try to improve it, as the current implementation isn't so good.
