Current, we extract any String inside this pattern:

`str` | "str" | 'str'

Obviously this is not efficient at all, but instead of parsing JS and HTML files, this is enough (for now).
So, this issue is just a "friendly reminder" that it needs to be changed in the future.

Rationale

THE UNHOLY HTML_REGEX

HTML cannot be parsed with REGEX: Regex is unableto parse a nested tags😄

Since, we are already implementing a html parser, why not do the same to javascript?
