Right now, there's no easy way to disable rich snippets / opengraph aside from copying the yoastseo.phtml and schema.phtml into your theme and removing all code in those files. This should be a configuration option in the backend.

No this has not changed in version 2.0.0. I will add it to the backlog. @peterjaap Just for the sake of promoting the new version, have you tried version 2.0.0 yet? Any feedback is welcome.
