- no matter what local codepage is, it works.
Supporting for 'utf-8', and compatible with reading existing non-utf-8 values:
- Invaild utf-8 bytes will be replaced by "\x3F\x3F..." in json,
and the original value is irreversibly lost.
- So, "\x3F\x3F" (??) could used to detect if invaild utf-8 values are encountered.
And use ExifTool option '-b' to re-extract the values.
