Very low focus state on audio play/pause/mute buttons.

The change in visibility for the focus state in the audio player is only marginally visible.

Focus:

The change is that the play icon is very slightly larger when focused. Focus states are difficult to track visually, since the user has no way to know where they need to look ahead to, so this is hard to see. It is very difficult to see this change of state unless you're watching the icon closely before it gets focus.
