Add "Enter Text" option

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I want to insert a lot of text - e.g. an email address - via a macro key
I have to click lots of buttons and each take at least 20ms to type when invoking the macro

Describe the solution you'd like
An additional element "text" with a textbox into which I can type text that will be entered (almost like pasting) when invoked

Describe alternatives or workarounds you've considered
Not sure I can think of a workable work-around except for what is already there - i.e. individual keys being entered.

Additional context
Useful in a number of scenarios where the same text is entered regularly
