Feature Request: Maintain an excluded path list on a per-addon basis

This would help a lot as I no longer would have to remove and re-add exclude entries when uploading different addons.

I am curious to know what kind of exclusions are necessary for some addons, but problematic for others?

Well, I've got a repo on Github which I am treating as one consistent thing, meanwhile I wanted to upload individual components of it as separate addons. I've now found a workaround by creating a few empty folders and symlinking along the folder structure according to what I wanted in each separate addon, but it would be easier to just set up exclusions for each and upload from the same folder.

This is an XY problem I think, this isn’t what the exclusions feature is intended for. I would suggest you use separate Git repos or branches to better organise your project.
