User Stories:

As a researcher or admin, on the sighting search page, I can access all search filters in a single page
As a researcher or admin on the sighting search page, I can adjust all my filters, then see them apply to the search results

QA: focus on functionality

all sighting search fields appear and are functional in filtering the list, including custom fields
adjust all fields, one field, no fields, and a combination of fields
- verify the results are as expected when submitted
- verify no changes take place when the filtering is cancelled
