After running the scripts, I've got no system notifications and can't change between speakers and headphones, as the realtek dialog was shown as a notification.

For now this solution is working fine. I'll keep trying to fix it to the way it was. In case I manage to do it, I'll post the solution here.

Just a question, did you have multiple users before you ran the scripts? If yes, did you run them from an administrator or simply open powershell as admin and then execute them?

No, there was only one user before running the scripts.

Huh, I also encountered issues with some functions breaking on the user I ran the scripts with the first time, I think that was because it was connect to the cloud, running them on an offline Admin account made sure it didn't happen.
