Yes, it is possible. A separate workflow job/step should be created that uses gomobile to build with the Android NDK. I am busy at the moment but will try to do this eventually.

I was wondering if it is possible to generate a config from a PC then move the config to an android device and use it with a wireguard client?

@Esarve Yes, absolutely, and this is exactly how it was intended to be used. Just transfer the generated file and load it up in the WireGuard app on your phone, be it Android or iOS.
