... now that vuejs/eslint-config-typescript seems to support ESLint v9, as soon as this gets released we should try to update the dependencies.

Migrating to ESLint v9 includes implementing the new config format etc., etc...

Since create-vue merged this recently we should wait for a new release there so we can use a freshly scaffolded Vue project for guidance on compatible dependency versions and the new ESLint config format.
