Hi, I've had this problem the past week in a project that was working fine for months.
None of the project settings were changed, the scene wasn't changed, there was a Quest Link update which I think caused the issue but I can't be certain. Whatever the cause, the Quest 2 controllers appear fine in the SteamVR overlay, but are completely unresponsive in game. I checked the input binding and it's still intact, I tried switching the project XR plugins to just OpenVR, just OpenXR, or both, I tried restarting Link, restarting the headset, restarting SteamVR, restarting Unity, restarting the PC. Most fixes I've found online are from older versions but I tried those too - messing with the camera settings and the SteamVR scripts, messing with the project settings, and messing with the Link settings, but nothing worked.
Last thing I did was revert the project to a version that definitely worked on Unity Version Control from a few months ago, and that didn't work either, leading me to believe it's not anything related to the project.
