Maybe we could add a column to the 'Processing' list on the session page that links to the HTML resource if it's present.

Might need to assume a filename (index.html?) which is not compatible with current stuff like fmriprep, xcp_d.

Might be convenient to have a direct link to OUTLOG as well.
