It appears the upgrade to UV4 has broken the ability to deep link to individual ePub sections using an EPUB Canonical Fragment Identifier. Clicking the bookmarks/sidebar index takes you to the right page but does not update the URI hash with the #epubcfi that would allow bookmarking.
