Web Player issue, internally and externally

Hi, Im Having issues with UMS on the web player, when I load a video Via my computer inside my network or externally it will play for a matter of seconds and then just do a spinning circle. this is a step further than I previously was but upgrading to the very latest version got me to this point..... Music Files play fine.

Can anyone offer any help to resolve this?

Issue Solved so far, I used Firefox for smoother running, but noticed AVI and MKV files run perfect but when trying to run a MP4 on web player it doesnt like it so ive converted all my files to AVI or MKV and so far no issues inside the network and outside the network
