tiny-dlr needs to be packaged for touchbar support.

Ideally this can be added to Debian Bananas too. We may require help for hardware testing.

WIP in Debian. it won't be packaged as part of the bananas team but as part of the rust-team, see https://salsa.debian.org/rust-team/debcargo-conf/-/merge_requests/564.

In Ubuntu it should actually be easier to package since we allow bundling rust dependencies.
