Steps to recreate (occurs in all environments)

Log into RCRAInfo with a regulator/state account that has PPC permissions (Help Desk Manager)

Access the PPC UI (select “Switch to PPC view” from nav bar)

Click Process Manifest

Click Search for Generator

Perform a search (e.g. Generator ID = "AK")

Sort on State column - this triggers an error

Acceptance Criteria
(x) Regulator user can sort on State
