SMPTE and Media

Here is a test suite:

Can someone check if Tero Subtitler can handle the import and export of iTT and SRT better, particularly in relation to SMPTE and media?

In relation to the iTT files, non-integer rates (23.976, 29.97) seem okay when SMPTE is enabled (the SRTs must be disabled), but you have to disable it for 24, 25, and 30 (it's automatically enabled) to sync with the video (despite the iTT having an SMPTE timebase, which contributes to my confusion); the SRT files for the latter three rates also sync when SMPTE is disabled.

Perhaps we need a different approach?
