Check correct use of node and core

We know that a core is a CPU and a node is a collection of cores.

However, sometimes these terms have been used sloppily, among others in the older InfoGlue documentation that were ported to here.

Go through the documentation, look for 'node' and 'core' and double-check if these are correct.
