I installed CTAT-Mutations via Docker. Everything went well until running this command:
$ oc module install-base

Here is the error message:

Could you pls help me out of this?

Hi, If the cravat installation is giving trouble here, you could just unpack this: https://data.broadinstitute.org/Trinity/CTAT_RESOURCE_LIB/MUTATION_LIB_SUPPLEMENT/cravat_lib/ in your ctat genome lib, and hopefully that'll work for you. This is the cravat lib that we use in our installation. best, ~brian
