Export bookmarks in a format that can be imported by other software

Feature request

• Describe in broad strokes the changes or enhancements you'd like to see
  I'd love the bookmark export file to be a text file of time (in seconds) followed by the bookmark label. This way, I can import the bookmarks into an audio editing program without converting hh:mm to seconds.
