Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The bot functions fine without the $withdraw command. Users can still use the economy bot without a NitroType account.

Describe the solution you'd like
Users will be registered using $register but if they want to $withdraw, they will have to use the $register <nitrotype-uname> command.
