Next fails to do a fetch when code deployed on the server

I'm using this package in multiple places. it works in the Dev and build. but when I use docker to build and deploy the code on the server it don't work anymore. I check the network and it throws a 500. is there a config or something that I'm missing? I didn't see any doc for the config. I need help ASAP.

It's a company project and I can't give you access to the repo. but I can give you the code.
first I've defined an action like this:

this is not the only place I'm using it in project. also I'm using it the same way in all other places. It works in dev and build. but I'm deploying it with docker.

I though maybe problem is with the CORS so I chagned them and even removed and set to all. but still it didn't work.
