initialize the spellchecker for all languages decks exists for and pick the correct one to apply the spellcheck #71

this means adding the two lang key to the decks, then going though them at startup and create for all lang (check what happens if it tries for an unsupported one) a spellchecker, then picking the correct one based on the deck.

partially fixed by just initializing it with all languages in cb39d83. This should be improved
