What's the issue?

Hope to support use_modular_headers, this parameter is very important to us.

I know that WCDB still doesn't support use_modular_headers at 10 Jan(#452). Is there a plan for support now?

@BruceLilonglong Well, I can only say "next release". But since we are ongoing to finish the new major version of WCDB, So, I have no idea.
