[Bug] Telegram is force saving media to gallery

New version 10.10.1 is force saving media to gallery.
Confirmed that under Data Storage / Save to Gallery, all toggles are off.
Tried turning off auto media download too.
Reset the app.
No luck.

Anytime I share an image from my gallery to telegram, it saves another copy in the gallery under telegram folder too. So now I end up having two images of the same that I already had.

Deleting and removing telegram folder has no effect, as it gets recreated .

Please help making those toggles operational again.

r4sas, this issue is happening on Telegram FOSS app that I'm using. Therefore reporting here as this is where I download the releases from.

As I said, it didn't happen before. Now even after you turn the toggle off, its happening ...
