Building telegram foss on windows

Hello everybody. I want to compile telegram foss,but some libs impossible build in windows,because we should use shell scripts,which not supported windows build. So can you please for future change way for building of telegram foss,to add support building of it on any OS,such as it works for official telegram for android,or add compiled and patched native libraries to telegram foss,so who will have problems with building of this libs can simple use compiled version of this libs. You can share with me of this libs using my telegram t.me/sashablr_1994. @thermatk,i wrote to you privately in telegram,but only silence reply to me. ☹️ Thanks everybody for any help.

I copied jni folder from official telegram and successfully build telegram for windows,but issue is still actual,because i am not sure,what telegram foss will works stable with this libs.
