"Default Content Country" doesn't really change the search

Expected behavior

search stuff and only see results from the "Defaulty content country"

Actual behavior

Searching stuff gives me results from my own country

@DNDEBUG Changing that setting only affects the Trending kiosk. So it's not a bug.

@litetex Does the search filter on Youtube include a country filter?

No I guess but if the platform doesn't provides one we can't do anything...

If the search results are from the same country (regardless of the Settings), does that mean YouTube still knows it's me despite using NewPipe?
