Get cast option in newpipe

Feature description

A cast option that would work similar to apple airplay. Basically, we play a video and upon choosing a device from cast menu, that video starts playing there and we can lock the device or turn off the screen. We can also control playback volume and other things from the TV (if we are casting it on TV). Apple airplay is good at this.

Why do you want this feature?

It will be very good for us users who want to enjoy ad free YouTube on TV
