Opening Time Stamps on YouTube Videos

Feature description

Very slight thing, but when you click on time stamps for any youtube video it'll open the miniplayer. I personally think that the video should play as normal, unless you click on tge video player.

Why do you want this feature?

Mildly annoying, makes you have to click on the video again.

I rally enjoy Newpipe keep up the good work :)
