Context: Athletic apparel company sells on website, Amazon, and other merchants where customers leave reviews with star ratings
Problem: With the volume of reviews, there's lots of noise and it's hard to understand what the customers liked and didn't like
Workflow
- Import review
- Sentiment analysis: (-1 to 1)
- Primary category (quality, durability, color, size, delivery, support, cost, none)
- 2-sentence summary of review: (<2 sentences)
