This I really need a convincing case for, I moved it up because the very bottom is super out the way especially on non-desktop.

It might just be a "this is different and different is bad" thing. I'm a little used to it being on the bottom myself, but I don't have strong feelings. I do think it's a little hard to tell when you have priority currently since my eyes are focused more on my hand. Maybe if the color was gray when the opponent is deciding, and the lighter color with black text when it's your turn to do something?
