It seems like dm-integrity submits IO and allocs corresponding pages w/ dm_io

defined here https://github.com/torvalds/linux/blob/master/drivers/md/dm-io.c#L523
used e.g. here https://github.com/torvalds/linux/blob/052d534373b7ed33712a63d5e17b2b6cdbce84fd/drivers/md/dm-integrity.c#L556C6-L556C11
- dm_io eventually calls async_io which contains the page_alloc
- eventually we get submit_bio again

these appear to be the main breadcrumbs to achieve ZC in dm-integrity
